Parents day Saturday 17 March
Welcome to Parents Day at SSHL, Saturday March 17th, 2018.
Parents day is an opportunity for parents of students at SSHL to meet each other and to meet with individual teachers.
Schedule
| ALL DAY | IB Visual Arts student exhibition on Instan’s 2nd floor |
| 9.00-15.00 | Parent-teacher meetings for all students. |
| 9.00-15.00 | UTIS School shop is open. |
| 9.00-15.00 | Café Humlan is open. |
| 10.00-14.00 | Life Link sells hot dogs & hamburgers outside of Instan. Profits are donated to the association Make a Kid Smile. |
| 12.00-13.00 | Parents of boarding students are invited to lunch in their respective boarding houses. (see separate invitation from your boarding house). |
| 13.15-13.45 | Presentation for parents living abroad Eddy Johansson, Principal, and Marika Wäreborn, Parents Association, will present information for parents living abroad and to answer questions from the families. Place: Gradängsalen, Instan |
| 14:00–14:30 | Parent information about IB DP and subject choices for MYP5 students. Presenter: Kerry Browning, IB DP coordinator Place: Gradängsalen, Instan |
| 14:30–15:00 | Lecture about the university admissions process in Sweden, Canada and The Netherlands. Presenter: Ingrid Annett-Nordström, Career adviser Place: Gradängsalen, Instan |
| 19.00 | The SSHL Parents Association dinner at Sigtunastiftelsen (see separate invitation from the Parents Association) |
