Marie von Satzger Elected as New Chairperson

Last week the Board of Sigtuna Skolstiftelse had its first meeting for 2017. Marie von Satzger was elected as the new chairperson and Alf Linderman was elected vice-chairman.

Both Marie and Alf represent the Sigtuna Foundation, which along with the Knut & Alice Wallenberg Foundation, oversees the running of the school.

The Board also welcomed two new members representing the Knut & Alice Wallenberg Foundation: Gustaf Hermelin and Philippe Gandet.

Gustaf Hermelin will already be known to many in the SSHL community having served as Head of the Parents Association for the last 2 years.

“All of us at SSHL welcome the appointment of the new Board members and wish Marie and Alf the very best,” said Margret Benedikz, Director of SSHL.

“I am sure Marie will carry on the outstanding work Erik Belfrage, the previous chairman, undertook for so many years. Our thanks also go to Alf Linderman for the work he has done as interim chairman since June.”
