Lucia 2020
The Lucia celebration reminds us all of the light and the advent of Christmas, and is a wonderful tradition at SSHL that we usually celebrate with students, staff, parents and invited guests.
This has been a challenging year, during which we have had to adapt our traditions to follow current restrictions including our Lucia celebration. Instead, we are delighted to share our student’s portrayal of the legend of Saint Lucia using drama, music and dance.
The film is a collaboration between the arts, music, drama, and dance departments – with support from students who operated sound and light equipment.
Would you like to support our students to develop their visual communication skills further? Please read more about our new SSHL Digital ART Studio below.

Would you like to support SSHL Digital ART Studio?
The proceeds from last year’s Lucia celebration were donated to charitable student organisations here at SSHL. This year, our goal is to raise SEK 100,000 to create an SSHL Digital ART Studio. We plan to give all of our students the skills needed for modern visual communication production which will benefit them in their further education and future careers. Your support will give them access to professional digital studio tools.
All contributions are greatly appreciated. Thank you for supporting this exciting and creative project.

We look forward to sharing our students’ work in the future, both here on the website and on our social channels. For any questions or further information, please contact Marika Wäreborn, fundraising@sshl.se.
