New management at SSHL next academic year

Margret Benedikz will leave her position as director of SSHL on June 15 and will be succeeded by Carina Nilsson on August 6 when she will be appointed new principal/CEO of Sigtunaskolan Humanistiska Läroverket, SSHL.

Carina Nilsson has extensive experience as a principal and director of operations at private and public schools, both in Sweden and abroad. She comes to us from her position as executive director of education at the municipality of Härjedalen. She will assume her role at SSHL on August 6, 2018.

”We are pleased that Carina has taken on the task to lead the school forward and believe that her experience of both international and Swedish education, combined with her experience of leading major operations, gives her the capability to guide the school forward successfully. The position of principal/CEO gives Carina overall responsibility for SSHL’s entire operation, and she will work closely with those of us on the board and the school leadership team” says Chair of the Board Marie von Satzger.

”The combination of Swedish and international education at SSHL was what led me to apply for the position, and I look forward to taking on the role of principal/CEO. I plan to continue, manage and refine the good work being done within different parts of the organisation,” says SSHL’s new principal/CEO Carina Nilsson.

The Board welcomes Carina Nilsson to SSHL and wishes her great success in her work.
